Yes — MOD will offer event spaces that are fully production-capable and equipped for live-streaming, hybrid presentations and broadcast-quality delivery. Our infrastructure is being built to support multi-camera set-ups, professional audio/visual systems and online audience reach.

What flexible leasing options are available?

We provide a range of leasing models to match your needs — from short-term project rentals and pop-up suites to longer-term memberships for coworking, executive offices, or tenant studio space. The aim is to give you flexibility as your business or production needs evolve.

What kinds of production studios does MOD offer?

MOD will host multiple studio types including: large-sound-stage environments for film/TV or live-events, mid-sized content-creation and streaming studios, and smaller adaptive shoot-spaces for photography, product content and hybrid workflows. Each is designed with advanced infrastructure to support media production.
